'Half Drow, and of djinn stock, Zingaia was a slave assassin to be proud of and Sasha, the youngest son of the Matron of House Obladra, who raised her himself to be his personal bodyguard and assassin treasured her above all things. Eventually, he killed his older brother over her and fled into the sun-lit lands. Twin Scimitars blazing she was a terror to behold, earning the nickname of 'Lady Ginsu'.'

Cool picture. The swords are... interesting. I wouldn't quite say they were scimitars, but more like a cross between a scimitar and a shamshir. They still look cool though 2 though not a very ideal weapon for an assassin. LOL, if I were an assassin, I'd hate to have all that flowing blonde hair hanging out like that 10

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "if she were off assassining and not playing bodyguard as she is here, the hair wouldn't be all over the place. As for whether the hair is short or long, 1) I hate short hair on women. 2) she is a slave and has no say in how she keeps her appearance. Besides, when assassining, it would be braided to make for an excellent garrote/noose.
as for the blades, at the time of the sketch I was not as up on my weapons and still aren't really. A shamshir is more appropriate."

Mmm... assassins...
I really like the small bits of detail you added to her clothes and such, they add a lot to the picture!

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "thank you. I seem to waste all my attention in the body details and clothes and leave none for the backgrounds. Lordie but I hate doing backgrounds, sigh! Thank you for not only dropping in, but leaving commentary. If you like, I have an update list, and can alert you when I post new stuff. I currently have some new centaurs and a wild elf in the queue which should post by the end of the week I hope. Please come again and see them!"

Heh... I realize I already commented on this... but it's so awesome I just can't stay away!

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "lol. Now I AM flattered. Oh the joys! I get to play her again!"

Assassins... swords... perfect.
The detail you put on her clothes is really great. Sharper swords maybe?

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "what makes you think they aren't sharp?, Though I thank thee sincerely for the praise. THe details were the fun part, truely. The medium is somewhat unforgiving."

OOOOW! This pick rocks the house! I wish I could draw something as inspiring as this one is to me!

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "blushing undeservedly. I love being a muse... sigh. but this is hardly my best work or my best pic of her. But I am glad she moves you. You have some pretty awesome stuff too, kid. Remember what I said about selling short? (threatens to send Zing over to encourage you to stop doing that!!)"

Interesting design I really enojoy the character. Careful with anatomy her wrist is a little thin and her feet might be a little small.

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "thank you, and yeah, I suck at feet. I hate feet... especially in shoes."

Very nice2 But there is nothing drow about her appearance

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "Probably because she is only half and her djinn blood is stronger.... Note the coppery tone to her skin"
