SciFi and Fantasy Art: Death Becomes Her

First in my 'Death Becomes Her' series.

Alivette holding the flaming skull symbol of her goddess without fear of the flames which do not burn the faithful.  I really liked the way this turned out.  Originally, I was going to make the skull crystal and have her using it for a scrying device, but I liked this better.

Poser/Bryce

WOW
She is really lovely. Her eyes are great.

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "Many thanks. I am quite fond of her myself, hence all the renderings with her."

I really don't understand why no one else has commented on this one- it is absolutely gorgeous. It also has a very unique look to it- you've managed to get rid of that plastic look that many Poser pieces have.

I have to say, while the pictures you've sketched out in 'real life' could use a lot of improvement, the ones you do in Poer are spectacular.

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "thank you. Well, Poser has come a LONG way since then, as has my skill. I also use Bryce for the actual renders now. As for my sketches, most are old and I have to REALLY be in the mood for something good to come out of it. I'm out of practice."

Why is her hair going freaky ...?? But .. This is really good though

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "thank you. WIND. Heat from the blaze in her hands. Dramatic posing."

This is your best yet...*****

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "thank you. I quite agree she is my most dramatic."

O M GOSH. SHE IS A GODDES. I have to agree with the above. She is the best ive seen. LOL not that i have a thing for red heads, but wow she is hot( pun intended). The crystal version would rule too, but this is awsome. hope to see the other one some time.

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "*low chuckle* Your devotion is accepted, little one..."

Wow, this is striking! It jumped out at me from your thumbnails. I love her expression. This is what good Poser art is all about.

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "Thank you. My job here is done then. the intention of this one was to snag the unwary and lure them in for a gander. She is one of my masterpieces, but there are improvements to my art I still can make and once I get my server fixed and can access my poser again, i hope to have a few new pieces: illustrations from my new story in the library: Brother Sun and Sister Moon, which I hope will be equally dramatic.

You aren’t so bad yourself. and I only hope that my muse lets me finally render a story character to my satisfaction. She rarely lets me. and this one will need a dramatic cover. If I can’t do it, someone will have to."
