SciFi and Fantasy Art: Divine Light

'Zingaia was distraught, that cursed cloak was beginning to get to Sasha’s head, slowly turning him into exactly that which he had always hated about his own family. For the first time in her life, she turned to someone else and, taking herself away from the others, knealt by a rock and wept and prayed. Eilistraee heard her plea and answered, leaving Zing staring up into the light in awe.'

Know your power and know your might, forever more follow the light. Cleanse your soul, body and mind. Stray not from for this path and blessed you shall be, for heaven rains its holy rays on you......

This is very well done. Her body is very nice, and the shading is excellent; however, the face seems a little flat. Of course, from the angle you did it is very hard to get depth.

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "  Yeah. I did this with only a partial model, which explains the face screw up. I liked how the inking came out so i never really fixed it. I guess I should think about doing that. It evokes the right mood at least, and that's the thing as they say. "

I think I've seen this pose somewhere before...or I could be on crack, highly likely.
Purdy picture!

:-) Sandra Leigh Wagner replies: "lol I forget where I found the pose. I guess its a typical Joan of Arc thing. I think it was a magazine maybe. who knows. She doesn't look anything like the reference anyway"
